PAGC 2020 4th Annual Spring Meeting March 12-13 | Pittsburgh, PA
PAGC announces CANCELLATION of the 2020 PAGC annual education meeting due to the rapid spread of COVID-19.
After careful deliberations, the leadership of the PAGC has made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming 2020 PAGC Annual Education Meeting scheduled for March 12-13, 2020 in Pittsburgh. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by cancellation of the PAGC meeting but we believe this is the most prudent course of action for the health and well-being of our registrants, staff, vendors, and the PAGC community. We also understand that employers are continuing to impose travel bans on their employees, making travel for some of our attendees difficult.
While PAGC is notifying the Hyatt of the event cancellation, you will need to contact them yourself to cancel room reservations (800-993-2213).
PAGC is not planning to reschedule an in-person AEM for 2020. However, we are looking at options to present many of the scheduled talks via a webinar series throughout the upcoming year. We will provide an update as soon as information becomes available. Conference registration fees will be refunded to paid participants. We will be in contact with our vendors to discuss arrangements.
For any other questions or concerns, please contact PAGC at firstname.lastname@example.org Please continue to watch our meeting website at www.pennsylvaniagc.org for updates as they become available. Exhibitors and speakers will receive separate emails from PAGC with further information. We again apologize for the cancellation, however the welfare of the PAGC community is our greatest concern.
Sincerely, PAGC Education Committee and PAGC Executive Board
